There is nothing like summer in Maine! And every year, the calendar is full of community events, farmers markets, and outdoor activities. Why? Because people love getting outside to enjoy the nice weather and reconnect with their friends and neighbors.
Last year, the PRCC was out and about, introducing ourselves at events and festivals all over the place. This year, we've put together a fantastic calendar of events and we can't wait to meet everyone.
In June, we're sponsoring the 5th Annual Pants on Fire 5k in Winterport! There will be live music, a beer tent, and kids activities. Later, on June 30th, we'll be at Orland's annual town celebration, Orland River Day! This year's festivities include a parade, food, crafts, a "Downeast" raft race, and more!
